Are you lying about your Win Ratio? (And how to calculate it properly)

Let's be honest, we all like a positive message.

And we all like to think positively about what we're achieving in business, especially when it comes to sales. 

The trouble is, sometimes we're a guilty of being just a little bit too positive!

Nowhere is this more common than when we're talking about Win Ratio. When I ask the question, I've met many a Sales Director who exclaims:

We win 90% of everything we go for!

Often said with their arms folded and followed by a "Humph!".

But there's no need to be defensive about your Win Ratio. If anything, the more honest you are with yourself, the more value you can bring to your firm.
